I’ve been taking the resveratrol forte for about two weeks now and have noticed a big increase in my energy levels. Over all I feel better and quite a bit less tired than before. I started out taking a lower dosage for the first week, because of the stories of some people having side effects with higher dosage. But after the first week with no problems, I increased my dosage to two capsules a day and that’s when I noticed an increase in energy.
Each capsule contains 125 mg. of trans-resveratrol, in order for a resveratrol to be effective it needs to contain trans-resveratrol.
*Most resveratrol products are made from Japanese Knot-weed which actually has a higher level of trans-resveratrol than grapes.
